About the Space

4,000 sq.ft Studio Complex w/ 2 Cyc wall Studios, Large Flex/Production Space, Green Room, Conference Room, Kitchen, PA, Projector and Outdoor Industrial Location Studio 1 - has south facing window light throughout the day and has a daylight 20x20' corner cyc wall, 12'x15' Gray Concrete backdrop wall, 1200 sq ft of flex space, private green room/lounge/changing room, sound system, tv, and client bar top workstations, multiple rolling wardrobe Z-racks, Rolling make-up mirror and lights, rolling white leather couch, large conference room with custom table, presentation tv with Apple TV, and a commercial kitchen, mens and womens restrooms, wheelchair accessible, Rubbermaid cart.

Studio 2 - 40' wide x 16' large straight cyc wall, bay door load in access, adjacent to equipment room/rental house, uni-sex bathroom, rolling couch, PA system w/ wireless mics, FilmTools cart, 15' rolling step ladder, HD projector w/ Apple TV mounted to project onto cyc wall.

High Ceilings throughout the building in a sawtooth pattern hence the name of our studio- Sawtooth Studios.

Green Room can be made into private area for celebrity client or changing room, but has workstation areas, multiple seating options, and Roku 4K TV.

Conference Room has large 4k Tv mounted in Ceiling that drops down for presentations and can be accessed wirelessly through an 4k Apple TV, there are 6 chairs in the conference room but more can be added upon request. It is attached to the kitchen area for easy access to catering, snacks, drinks, water, coffee, etc. It can be closed off from the rest of the studio by its rolling barn door for privacy if needed.

Wifi throughout complex, 3 tables, 6 chairs, 4 large trash cans, and 2 rolling couches, rolling make-up mirror, Hand Sanitizer stations come with rental to use in flex space areas if more are need they can be rented.

Lighting Equipment, Grip Equipment, Camera rental, Sound Equipment for Still and Video from the world's top brands can be rented on site or can be sub rented through the venue. Crew, PA's, Camera AC's, Grips, Sound Techs, Photo Assistants, DIT's, Digi Techs, Hair and Make- up, etc available upon request. Lots of lunch choices in hip downtown SODO neighborhood, Super Target, Ace Hardware within sight of the building for any immediate needs. Catering can be provided on request.
